SERVICE AGREEMENT

Provider: OTEX Trade (Mohammad Jawad Trad. Projects S.P.C), C.R. 1495418, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

OTEX Trade agrees to provide the Client with professional consulting and advisory services: —. The scope and deliverables shall be confirmed in writing between both parties.

2. FEES & PAYMENT

The agreed fee for the services is —. Payment is due within 14 calendar days of invoice issuance. Applicable VAT (5%) and payment processing fees (up to 5%) may apply depending on the payment method.

3. CONFIDENTIALITY

Each Party agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed in connection with this Agreement. This obligation survives termination for a period of three (3) years.

4. TERM & TERMINATION

Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Termination for material breach may be immediate upon written notice.

5. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent jurisdiction in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

6. PAYMENT SOURCE

Payment for the services must originate from a bank account, card, or wallet held in the name of the Client identified in this Agreement. Third-party payments — made by or on behalf of any person or entity other than the named Client — cannot be accepted and may result in the payment being returned and the order suspended.
