Each Party agrees to maintain strict confidentiality of all non-public information disclosed in connection with this Agreement. This obligation survives termination for a period of three (3) years.
Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days' written notice. Termination for material breach may be immediate upon written notice.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through competent jurisdiction in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. Governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
